Delivery/Pickup Policy

Delivery Fees

A delivery fee will be applied to each order and is determined by the delivery location and distance.

Same-Day Delivery

To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.

Special Accommodations

Deliveries requiring special arrangements—such as holiday deliveries or deliveries outside of standard business hours—may incur additional fees.

Pickup Location

Pickup available in 98107 during business hours and 98004 by request. Please call for the address.

Flower Care

Proper care is essential to ensure the longevity and beauty of your floral arrangement. To help your flowers thrive:

• Keep arrangements in a cool location, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

• Refresh the water daily or as needed.

• Recut stems every few days at an angle to encourage water absorption.

With appropriate care, many arrangements can last up to two weeks. Care instructions specific to each arrangement are included and should be followed closely.
